About Bundle Research

Independent research initiative focused on Earth observation, machine learning, and reproducible tools for satellite-based environmental forecasting.

About me

I'm Mohamed Benkaddour, an independent researcher working in Earth observation, with a focus on regional NDVI forecasting from MODIS and Landsat archives. I built and released an open per-region forecasting framework with a full temporal-leakage audit, designed to make dryland vegetation forecasts auditable end-to-end. My broader interests are reproducible remote-sensing pipelines, drought early-warning signals, and honest evaluation of geospatial machine learning. A methods preprint is in preparation for EarthArXiv.

I work outside a traditional institutional setting. My approach is to take projects that interest me and push them toward publication-quality standards: leakage audits, reproducible code, peer-reviewable methodology. All code is released openly and I welcome critique from the EO community. "Bundle Research" isn't a registered organization — it's a name for a body of work.
